Caliber MOD : New Website
20 Jan 2006 by Josh Hubi | Half-Life 2 Modification
|

Caliber is a fast paced first person shooter team-oriented mod based on Valve's much heralded Source engine technology. The goal of the Caliber team is to create a high quality, visually stunning, revolutionary, and most importantly, a fun modification.
If you are an every day viewer of the Caliber MOD website, you may have noticed that they have a new website design. Many old and outdated information has been updated. They have also implanted a nice cool new feature to their brand spanking new site: Dev Logs/Diaries.

The new site design is way better then the last. This one gives the user the feel on what the caliber mod is really about. Please give them a visit and check out their new design at: www.calibermod.com |

We Are Back!
12 Jan 2006 by Josh Hubi | Site News
|

Hello Fellow HLGamer's,
To make a real long story rather short, HLGamer has been down with the "forbidden" message to all users who try to access the site. We had many problems with our old host. GamerNode was nice enough to give us free full hosting for us and our sites that we host. In addition to this, They also offered us to join into their network; and I said yes. Nothing will change but population of the site, and a nice sexy network bar.
We are also getting the forums skinned and should be done very soon. With the welcome of GamerNode, We have much more resources then ever before and hope this is the correct one.
Thank You Very Much |

Moddb.com Still Down

Moddb.com, The Ultimate resource for all modification enthusiasts is still offline. There is an update for many of you who call Moddb their home that are getting a little home sick.
quote:
We are still awaiting assistance from our provider. Due to the New Years holiday, our provider has had no required staff on hand for the past 65 hours and counting, and it is unlikely they will have staff back in the office until Tuesday morning at 9am CST. Unfortunately, this is causing us to continue to be offline.
The staff over at Moddb.com are trying very hard to bring their services back up. Lets all hope for the best and the return of Moddb.com |

Hello HLGamer Members,
As the community base here at HLGamer continues to grow, so do the members. For the new year, Us at HLGamer have ordered Jelsoft's vBulletin forums system. vBulletin will meet the needs for our community other then the other forum system we have been using.
We have had help from Jelsoft and had all of the old post's and members from the old forums converted over. We will skin the new forums this week to match the site.
Thank you very much and happy new year. |
